EXCLUSIVE: Focus International nabs Toronto-bound Proclaimers musical with Jane Horrocks, Peter Mullan. Focus Features International has taken international sales rights to musical Sunshine on Leith, which will receive its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. The second feature from British actor-turned-director Dexter Fletcher (Wild Bill) stars Peter Mullan (Tyrannosaur) and Jane Horrocks (Little Voice) in an adaptation of the acclaimed stage musical, inspired by Scottish band The Proclaimers.

OUPOST: RISE OF THE SPETSNAZ TO HAVE WORLD PREMIERE AT EIFF 2013
  Source: Screen Daily Outpost: Rise of the Spetsnaz (directed by Kieran Parker) is to have its world premiere at Edinburgh International Film Festival 2013. The 67th EIFF will include Paul Wright's For Those In Peril and Noah Baumbach's Frances Ha. EIFF artistic director Chris Fujiwara, now in his second year at the festival, unveiled programme details for the 67th edition (June 19-30) at Edinburgh's Filmhouse this morning.
